I had contacted support prior to the warranty period expiration regarding the primary issues, voicing my concerns, but their solution was to only send me a charge cord, instead of offering to send me a replacement headset.I must confess I'm feeling a little ripped off here, which is a shame because when I first brought it home, all shiny and new, in it's elegantly decorated box, with a velvet carrying case for storage of the headset when not in use, and then first tried it, appreciating how great it sounded, true to advertising claims, I expected a lot out of the company and the product.a true premium experience for a true premium price. Sadly, I contacted a Corsair product support person who nicely informed me that my warranty period had recently expired, and that they would not replace my headset. As well, the three plastic clips (should be metal) that attach the earpiece to the frame have all snapped, making connectivity of the earpiece all but impossible short of applying a lot of duct tape, which I am loather to do. In addition to these two most important issues, my headphones have deteriorated, in that, through normal and careful use, the headphone coverings material has split apart, exposing the foam padding. The main issues seem to be connectivity for receiving a charge and the battery's ability to hold the charge (I think it needs replacing) There seems to have never been a pairing issue, because during those instances of brief charging, I can hear all the normal sounds, my voice, a game playing in the background, and even sound effects from the Stream Deck I use when streaming. If I wiggle the charge cord, rarely, but sometimes, it may flash red and start to charge but seconds later will shut off. First and foremost, the battery will not charge.I received a replacement charge cord from Corsair, which worked for a while, but again the battery won't charge. If you need to, message GloriousGe0rge on Reddit or Facebook, the man is a hero amongst PCMR.My Corsair RGB Wireless SE headset has several issues. I would get ahold of Corsair and simply RMA, as was previously mentioned. I admit I leave my own rechargeable devices plugged in half the time, including my laptop, but meh. You may notice in laptops over the years, "battery optimization" software that will warn you not to keep it charging all the time as it will diminish the capacity to hold a charge over time if the battery is left with a full charge over extended periods of time. I bought one of these HS80, when I plug it to charge it starts making a beep sound. Not highly recommended to charge it in the wall though. It only works when its plugged into the PC with iCUE installed. You can contact your retailer and ask whether they can replace it for you or request an RMA to replace. If the indicator does not go to solid green or the headset does not turn on even after charging, it seems the headset may be faulty. And for future reference what Joseph mentioned about batteries, you aren't supposed to keep rechargeable batteries plugged in all the time, as they will start to lose their charge. Because the headset has no onbard memory profiles. The charging indicator will go from solid amber to flashing amber then solid green. That said, I have a feeling simply a failing battery or charging unit. What SSL was trying to point out was you may have been better off posting this in Peripherals instead of Audio, but considering it is a headset I can understand why you did post here. Well it said headsets this is a headset issue i may be wrong but i think its a headset thats what the box says idk
